B) Your business is NOT a franchise, direct sales enterprise, distributorship or branded dealership.

C) Your business or organization is owned and operated in Northern British Columbia.

Meet Marlaina Reier and Jacki Mitchell

Meet Marlaina Reier and Jacki Mitchell. Marlaina opened MCR Accounting in Taylor in 2009, moving from a home office to an independent space in 2011. Jacki, Marlaina's daughter, joined the firm in 2015 and together the two women opened a new location in 2020. “I have taken pleasure over the years in getting to know my clients and to know that my services were helpful.” says the entrepreneur. “My hope is to help make our community more financially educated as individuals and as a whole.” Marlaina is invested in not only her business but also in her community itself. She loves the hospitable nature of Taylor, and feels that she has hit the jackpot when it comes to beautiful surroundings.
